Excelio

Flowing screed specifically designed for use in bonded construction between 12-30mm. Excelio provides the thinnest readymix screed solution possible, eliminating the need for onsite mixing of bagged materials, reduction in labour and improved product warranty. Excelio Flowing Screed is a blend of BINDER, next generation additives and selected aggregates mixed with clean potable water to produce a pumpable self smoothing, flowing screed (manufactured to BSEN 13813:2002).

Excelio Uses

Excelio is specifically designed for use in bonded construction between 12-30mm. Excelio provides the thinnest readymix screed solution and was was designed to bridge the gap between bagged SLU materials and bonded sand cement screeds.

Excelio offers the unique ability to install a 12mm bonded screed whilst gaining the benefits of a readymix, factory produced product. This greatly improves productivity and reduces site labour and operations compared to traditional SLU. 1m3 of Excelio replaces seventy 25kg bags of pre blended material and eliminates the associated site mixing.
