Kilsaran Precast provides a range of T4 roof beams for spans of up to 36m. The Roof Beam is typically prestressed, however shorter spans can be catered for using standard reinforcement.

The triangular shape, coupled with a slim web, results in an efficient lightweight structural member that is ideally suited to the long clear spans required in industrial and sports facilities. Beams can be provided with preformed circular opens through the web to accommodate the provision of services.

The beams are supplied with cast in bolts, typically at 1.8m centres, along the top sloping surface to allow for the quick installation of the metal roof purlins. The Roof Beam ends are specially shaped to cater for our complementary range of precast concrete roof gutters
