Kilsaran Precast has comprehensive technical and administrative structures in place to cater for a wide range of projects at any one time. Our team of six engineers and 12 technicians is one of the biggest specialist precast design teams in Ireland. With an average experience of over 10.5 years per person we are able to provide precast solutions to the most challenging of projects.

Continued professional development is encouraged at all levels within the organisation. Regular lunchtime seminars keep design staff up to date on the latest developments in the precast concrete industry. On-going training on new specialist products, cast-in lifting anchors, shear studs etc. ensure that staff are always up to date with industry best practice. Frequent toolbox talks ensure that the manufacturing and erection personnel are competent on all health and safety requirements, manufacturing and installation procedures.
