Sanderling Park is a development of 84 units, consisting of 3 & 4 bed homes and a small number of duplex apartments within walking distance of Donacarney Village Square. A wonderful location for families, Sanderling Park is situated in a well-established residential community with a play park available at your front door.
Project completed on Blackglen Road, Co. Dublin, where Kilsaran supplied and laid full carriageway asphalt road and cycle track. The surface course was SMA10 PMB and Binder and Base were AC20 and AC32 respectively. The asphalt was produced using both RAP (reclaimed asphalt pavement) and Thermaphalt (warm mix) resulting in a reduction in CO2 emissions and conservation of aggregate.
Kilsaran resurfaced 12km of carriageway on the M7 Kildare bypass pavement scheme for Jons Civil Engineering Limited. This was completed using 15,000 tonnes of Hot Rolled Asphalt (HRA) incorporating 15% RAP (recycled asphalt) The use of 15% RAP in the HRA materials results in a reduction of 165 tonnes of CO₂ when compared with standard HRA. The overall project achieved a 21% reduction in carbon emissions.
Located next to the Guinness Storehouse and within the historic Guinness Quarter, the Grand Canal Dock redevelopment represents a bold and transformative vision for one of the city’s most iconic and historic areas. Kilsaran supplied a number of products to the project, from Ready-Mix Concrete, Concrete Blocks, Bulk Aggregates, High Strength Bedding Concrete, Priming Slurry to Rapid Set Jointing Mortar and M4 Masonry Mortar
Urbeo Clonsilla, a residential development in Dublin 15, features 211 A-rated apartments across three blocks, offering studio, 1-bed, and 2-bed units with basement parking. Completed in 2023, the project is conveniently located near Coolmine train station and the M50 motorway.
Our Precast business unit was awarded the contract to design, manufacture, deliver and install load-bearing and self-supporting walls, partition walls, floors and stairs for all three buildings. Our Concrete Products and Aggregates business unit supplied all the ready-mix concrete, concrete blocks and aggregates to this project. While our KPRO and Paving business units also supplied products throughout this project.
