
Employee Assistance Programme and Mental Health First Aid
At Kilsaran, we recognise the importance of the mental health and wellbeing of our employees, which is a core component of a healthy, productive, and sustainable organisation. We are committed to supporting our employees and providing them with the services and supports they need to maintain their mental health and wellbeing.
Through VHI we offer an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), that provides a range of resources in areas such as: Personal and family issues, parent and career coaching, and physical health and wellbeing support. It is available to employees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We want to promote a culture where asking for help is encouraged, and employers can create a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
Kilsaran has a number of trained Mental Health First Aiders across the company to offer support, assistance and guidance to other employees when they need it the most. This is a proactive approach to creating a safe, supportive and stigma free workplace.
