Earn as you learn with a Kilsaran Apprenticeship
Kilsaran is Ireland’s leading independent manufacturer of concrete and bituminous construction materials. Our objective is to create a sustainable future of work that is good for business outcomes and also good for our people. Our Kilsaran Apprenticeship Programme is no different.
Our apprenticeships offer you a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn. Over the course of your apprenticeship programme, you will gain knowledge, skills, and competence in both a work and college learning environment. On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will have a recognised National and International qualification.
Your working week will be Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00am. Each day you will work alongside a suitably qualified and experienced team. Throughout your apprenticeship you will undertake a range of assessments, both in the workplace and in college.
All of our apprenticeship programmes require a high level of commitment for the full duration of the programmes. You will need to demonstrate a willingness to continually learn and adhere to instructions. You must be reliable, honest and hardworking, and enjoy working as part of a team.
