Murphystown Way
Kilsaran was proud to support the delivery of Murphystown Way, Leopardstown, Co. Dublin, supplying Cemfloor Therm C20 liquid screed for this large-scale residential development. Working alongside Walls Construction and GDC Construction, Kilsaran helped deliver a high-performance flooring solution across 254 residential units within 23 blocks.
Selected for its self-compacting, free-flowing properties, Cemfloor Therm C20 provided exceptional surface regularity while enabling a fast and efficient installation programme across the multi-block development. The pump-applied screed delivered consistent quality throughout the project, creating a durable and thermally efficient foundation ready for final floor finishes.
This project highlights Kilsaran’s expertise in delivering innovative screed solutions that combine performance, efficiency, and reliability for large-scale residential developments.
