James Christian – Associate Director – Concrete Products & Aggregates Division
James joined Kilsaran in 2007 and has been an invaluable member of our Sales team over the years. He has shown great dedication to his work and has always shown initiative in the performance of duties, going above and beyond what is expected of him, in order to ensure that Kilsaran delivers quality customer service. James was responsible for the development of new opportunities for Kilsaran in the UK which led to the establishment of Kilsaran UK Ltd.
James was appointed to the role of Regional Sales Manager for East Leinster in 2018 prior to achieving his current position as Head of Sales for the Concrete Products and Aggregates Division

Graham Cumberland – Head of Sales – KPRO Façades & Mortars Division
Graham joined Kilsaran in November 2020. His previous role was Head of Sales for the market-leading UK renders Company Kilwaughter Minerals Ltd. Here he was responsible for the growth of Kilwaughter’s three brands: K Rend, Kilwaughter Lime and K Systems. He was also responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of Kilwaughter’s sales and marketing strategies, which included setting and delivering revenue targets as well as long term market planning to meet and support their strategic growth areas.
In 2018, he led on the integration of an acquisition of a significant GB render manufacturer with a multisite operation and an annual turnover in excess of £11m.
Graham holds an IoD Diploma in Company Direction (Masters Level) from Queens University Belfast.
Paul McDonagh – Commercial Manager – Road Surfacing Division
Paul is the Sales & Estimating Manager for Kilsaran Road Surfacing and Contracting. Paul joined Kilsaran as an Estimator in 2019 and has been the Sales and Estimating Manager since August 2020 with responsibility for the commercial aspects of the business. Prior to Kilsaran, Paul has over 20 years’ commercial experience in the construction industry where he has spent over 10 of these years as a Sales and Estimating Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree.
