Description

KPRO Façade OCR is a fine-grained, one coat, base rendering mortar for both internal and
external use. OCR complies to the requirements of EN 998-1 and should be used in accordance
with EN 13914 parts 1 & 2 and manufacturer’s instructions. Unless otherwise stated, the
product is a CS Ill render for use, both internally and externally. KPRO Facade OCR is suitable for both hand and machine application and can be given a napped, sponged or floated finish.

Product Application

KPRO Façade OCR is suitable for internal and external use in the following applications:

Provides a long-lasting, single coat base layer for KPRO decorative mineral finishes.
Serves as a strong internal base layer suitable for receiving gypsum skim coats.
Acts as a durable preparatory coat for KPRO decorative organic render systems.
Forms a resilient substrate for KPRO and approved silicone paint finishes.
Functions as an internal airtight parge layer to improve building performance.
