Dun Laoghaire Lexicon Library

Kilsaran International, Ireland’s largest independent manufacturer of concrete products, was delighted to have been chosen as supplier of choice to the Lexicon Library in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. Constructed in the heart of Dun Laoghaire overlooking the sea the new library opened its doors in March 2015.

The DLR Lexicon as it is now called is deigned to be more than just a library, ths building boasts a café,a gallery, a small auditorium space, crafts spaces, a local history library, 100 parking spaces and a children’s library. The library was designed by Carr Cotter Naessens Architects and constructed by John Sisk and Son.

The Lexicon Library was the overall winner in the building caregory at the Irish Concrete Society awards in 2016 and Kilsaran were delighted receive an award as a major supplier to the project.
