Kilsaran provided a fully integrated solution through multiple business units. Our Precast team supplied and installed more than 15,000 precast concrete elements, completing the superstructure in just over 52 working weeks. Block C2, the tallest fully precast concrete frame in Ireland, was fully enclosed within nine months, helping to accelerate the overall construction programme.

Supporting the structural works, Kilsaran supplied approximately 30,000m³ of Ready-Mix Concrete, including deliveries using electric concrete trucks, alongside aggregates and 25,000 concrete blocks. This coordinated approach ensured programme certainty and uninterrupted progress across the development.

Further enhancing the project, KPRO Facades & Mortars delivered 6,000m² of External Wall Insulation (EWI) and coloured masonry mortar, improving both building performance and visual appeal. Kilsaran’s Classic Flag paving and integrated Streetscape System were also installed throughout the public realm, creating a durable and attractive environment for future residents.

The Carriageworks showcases Kilsaran’s ability to deliver integrated construction solutions on complex, large-scale residential developments.
