Kilsaran played a key role in delivering The Carriage Works at North Wall, Dublin, a landmark residential development comprising over 700 apartments across seven buildings ranging from 9 to 18 storeys. Built on a constrained city-centre site and within an ambitious programme, the project demanded efficient construction methods, reliable supply chains and close collaboration across all disciplines.
Kilsaran provided a fully integrated solution through multiple business units. Our Precast team supplied and installed more than 15,000 precast concrete elements, completing the superstructure in just over 52 working weeks. Block C2, one of the tallest fully precast concrete frame in Ireland, was fully enclosed within nine months, helping to accelerate the overall construction programme.
Supporting the structural works, Kilsaran supplied approximately 30,000m³ of Ready-Mix Concrete, including deliveries using electric concrete trucks, alongside aggregates and 25,000 concrete blocks. This coordinated approach ensured programme certainty and uninterrupted progress across the development.
Further enhancing the project, KPRO Facades & Mortars delivered 6,000m² of External Wall Insulation (EWI) and coloured masonry mortar, improving both building performance and visual appeal. Faced with a fast-paced programme and a constrained city-centre site, the project required efficient construction methods, careful logistics, and minimal disruption.

Their Precast team delivered a Cross-Wall system to accelerate construction and reduce risk, while over 30,500m³ of Ready-Mix Concrete was supplied using electric trucks to support sustainability goals. Kilsaran was appointed by Duggan Brothers to supply materials for St. Vincent’s Community Nursing Unit in Mountmellick, Co.Laois. The project focused on enhancing thermal performance and long term durability, with Kilsaran’s EWI system selected as the primary facede solution, delivering excellent insulation, weather protection and a clean, modern finish.
Kilsaran’s KPRO range supported façade, bonding and priming requirements, with Ceresit CT174 render in Phuket 6 and Nebraska 2 completing the external finish.
