Kilsaran supplied Super Bond, UNO One Coat Render in Ivory and Sandstone, and Silicate-Silicone Render S-SR1.5 in Ultra White, creating a durable, low-maintenance façade with excellent long-term performance. KPRO Facades supplied the KEWI External Wall Insulation System for the apartment buildings and UNO Ultra White Render for the housing units, creating a consistent, modern finish across the scheme. Kilsaran also supplied Concrete Blocks, M4 Masonry Mortar, and LevelEase 225, supporting efficient construction and high-quality internal finishes.
Externally, ClimaPave Lismore, Newgrange Flag Oyster, and Tactile Buff Paving enhanced the public realm, combining durability, accessibility and visual appeal. Kilsaran played a key role in delivering The Carriageworks at North Wall, Dublin, a landmark residential development comprising over 700 apartments across seven buildings ranging from 9 to 18 storeys. Built on a constrained city-centre site and within an ambitious programme, the project demanded efficient construction methods, reliable supply chains and close collaboration across all disciplines.
Kilsaran provided a fully integrated solution through multiple business units. Our Precast team supplied and installed more than 15,000 precast concrete elements, completing the superstructure in just over 52 working weeks. Block C2, one of the tallest fully precast concrete frame in Ireland, was fully enclosed within nine months, helping to accelerate the overall construction programme.
Supporting the structural works, Kilsaran supplied approximately 30,000m³ of Ready-Mix Concrete, including deliveries using electric concrete trucks, alongside aggregates and 25,000 concrete blocks. This coordinated approach ensured programme certainty and uninterrupted progress across the development.
Further enhancing the project, KPRO Facades & Mortars delivered 6,000m² of External Wall Insulation (EWI) and coloured masonry mortar, improving both building performance and visual appeal. Kilsaran’s Classic Flag paving and integrated Streetscape System were also installed throughout the public realm, creating a durable and attractive environment for future residents.

The project incorporated ClimaPave Lismore and Newgrange Granite paving products, complemented by Tara Kerb and Step Flags to deliver a durable and visually appealing streetscape. ClimaGrid Natural permeable paving was also installed to support Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS), enhancing on-site water management while maintaining an exceptional finish.

White Stacks is a contemporary home on Killiney Hill that reinterprets the traditional Irish tower house, using concrete as its defining material to anchor the building within its dramatic coastal setting. Exposed concrete is expressed throughout—from striking entrance columns to interior slabs, screeds, and bespoke details—creating a refined balance between structural strength and natural warmth.
Kilsaran was appointed by Walls Construction in early 2023 to supply concrete for Marlet Property Group’s seaside residential development in Howth, Co. Dublin, delivering 596 high-end apartments opposite Howth Castle. Despite the logistical challenges of a single access route, over 47,000m³ of concrete was supplied across 5,000 deliveries using a consistent 45N S3 mix with clinker replacement, along with more than 1,000 metres of concrete paving, with the project completed in 2025.
Kilsaran Precast collaborated early with John Paul Construction to deliver a precast cross-wall solution for the Sandyford Central Residential Development, a 564-apartment, six-block scheme completed in 2023 for Richmond Homes. The system incorporated twin and solid walls, precast columns and beams, hollowcore flooring and stairs, with twin walls providing a paint-ready finish and integrated services.
Off-site precast construction accelerated the programme by approximately six months while improving buildability, safety and sustainability. Kilsaran also supplied a range of paving products to deliver a durable, consistent finish across the external area
Shanganagh Castle Estate features 546 units across eight blocks and 51 duplex units houses. Kilsaran supplied a full range of Concrete Products and Aggregates to support the development, ensuring strength, durability and a high quality finish.
Our Ready-Mix Concrete delivered consistent performance throughout the build, complemented by our Concrete Blocks and bulk aggregates for added structural stability. A selection of Kilsaran paving products, Trinity, ClimaPave, Inish and Cobbles, were used across driveways and footpaths to enhance the overall aesthetic. Kilsaran Masonry Mortar (M4 & M6) was also used in the house construction, contributing to a robust and visually appealing finish.
Kilsaran Road Surfacing and Contracting delivered the full road, paths and driveways for the 54-home Citywest Village development, located in City West, Co. Dublin.
Works included premium SMA Subsurface Course and AC20 Binder Course for the road network, ready-mix concrete for paths, and a range of paving and kerb solutions used in driveways and for the kerbs .
