Contractor Safety

Contractor management is central to our day-to-day operations in Kilsaran. Effective contractor safety management is essential for maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.  We are committed to ensuring that every contractor understands the site’s expectations, follows established procedures, and integrates seamlessly into the overall safety culture.

Before work begins, all relevant documentation must be submitted for review such as, Safety Statement, Company Insurance, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and Kilsaran’s online contractor safety induction must be completed. These documents outline the hazards associated with the work, the controls required, and the responsibilities of everyone involved. Kilsaran management will issue a permit to work before allowing works to commence.  

Once they start work, we continue to monitor their safety and safety performance throughout the duration of their work with Kilsaran.
