Kilsaran Pre-Cast’s solid wall product is typically between 180mm and 300mm thick. Solidwalls are manufactured in both our Brownstown and Galway plants.

Connections to adjacent panels or twinwall are provided by means of continuity reinforcement, projecting dowel bars and grout tubes or connecting loops. Certified lifting hooks are cast into the panels to ensure safe lifting on site. Cast in recessed sockets for the temporary on site propping of panels are also fitted.

Electrical backing boxes and associated conduit can be preinstalled as required.

Bespoke solidwalls can be utilised for curved walls, walls requiring corbels or walls with multiple large openings.

Our in house design team offer a full wall design service. The panels are manufactured in a state of the art fully automated production unit. Some key parameters are given below. The maximum feasible panel size is determined on a project specific basis taking transport and on-site craneage capacity into consideration.
