Kilsaran was proud to supprt the delivery of the Central Remedial Clinic, Clontarf, Co.Dublin, supplying Cemflooor Therm C30 liquid screed for this healthcare refurbishment project. Working alongside Kelbuild Ltd and Liquid Screed Specialists, Kilsaran helped deliver a high-performance flooring solution capable of overcoming challenging substrate conditions and varying floor depths.
Selected for its self-compacting, free flowing properties, Cemfloor Therm C30 provided excellent surface regularity across interconnected rooms while allowing for thinner installation depths than traditional screeds. The pump applied system ensured a fast and efficient installation, creating a smooth, durable finish ready for final floor coverings.
