Nazareth House, Dublin 3 – KPRO
Kilsaran International, Irelands leading independent supplier of concrete products has recently become the first rendering mortar manufacturer in the Republic of Ireland to successfully attain NSAI Agremént Certification for hybrid rendering systems using both mineral and organic based rendering mortars. Kilsaran’s DuraRend Classic System and GP Render were the products of choice for the recently completed extension to Nazareth House Nursing Home in Dublin 3.
Grafton Street, Dublin 2 – KPRO
Kilsaran are supplied a range of Independently tested Streetscape BS 7533 compliant materials including; bedding course, jointing and priming mortars to, KN Networks who managed the improvement of Grafton Street, Dublin. The hardscaping element of the upgrade with corresponding carriageway and pathways totals 5000 m2 of granite paving.
Rosie Hackett Bridge – KPRO
Dublin’s newest bridge, the Rosie Hackett bridge which spans the River Liffey is benefitting from the technical and aesthetic qualities of Kilsaran International. Kilsaran are delighted to have been involved in the supply of a range of independently tested Streetscape BS 7533 compliant materials to Graham Construction who were the main contractors in the construction of the new Rosie Hackett Bridge in Dublin City Centre. Kilsaran products including; bedding course, jointing and priming mortars were supplied as part of the construction of the bridge, which cost around €13.5m to complete and was funded by the NTA.
Smithfield Regeneration – KPRO
As part of the on-going urban renewal of the Smithfield quarter in Dublin 7, Dublin City Council approved Kilsaran Streetscape Products to construct 2900 m² of pavement. Phase 3 of the Smithfield Enhancement Scheme included improvements to New Church Street, Bow Lane, Haymarket and Mary's Lane.
Ballyfermot Primary Care Centre – KPRO
This project involved construction of a new 4800m² primary care and mental health centre in Ballyfermot, Dublin 10. The facility, located on a 1.4hA site, offers a range of services such as G.P. services, dental, physiotherapy, community nursing, addiction welfare and crèche services.
